This text describes how personal data is currently collected and stored.
What we collect
Your name, contact number, your username on the channel you wrote to us from, vehicle details (VIN, registration plate, make and model) and the content of your correspondence with us.
Why we collect it
To record your appointment, deliver the inspection service, contact you and find your previous inspection when you come back. The data is not used for advertising and is not sold to third parties.
Who it is shared with
The official inspection report is produced in the central software of the OtoRapor franchise system, so the inspection data is also recorded there. Beyond that, the data is passed to third parties only for the purpose described in the “Processing with artificial intelligence” section.
Processing with artificial intelligence
To prepare replies to your messages and to sort requests by type, the text of the conversation and any images you send are sent to artificial intelligence services — OpenAI and Anthropic. Voice messages are sent to Soniox to be converted into text and are deleted there after conversion. These services are located outside Azerbaijan. The data is used only for this purpose. Some replies are prepared and sent automatically; if you would like to write to a member of our staff, you can say so in your message.
How long it is kept
Personal data is kept for 5 years after your last inspection (or your last appointment if no inspection took place). If you come back within that period, the counter restarts. When the period ends, your name, contact details and correspondence are permanently deleted; the technical result of the inspection remains as anonymous statistics.
Your rights
You have the right to find out what data we hold about you, to have it corrected and to request its deletion. When a deletion request is carried out, the name, contact details and correspondence are removed irreversibly.
Security
Data is stored on servers within the European Union (Frankfurt). Backups are encrypted. Only authorised staff can access the system, and every view of a customer record is logged.
